Bingham Dental and Orthodontics offers a discount dental plan for patients without insurance so you can receive the treatments you need to keep your mouth and smile healthy. We have several plan options for you to choose from, and we invite you to give us a call or send us a text at 801-250-7422 if you have any questions. Our team will be happy to provide you with additional information and help you sign up for a plan.
Advantages of our discount plan include:
- No deductibles
- No waiting periods
- No exclusion of services
- No insurance claims or estimates
Basic Plan
Our Basic Plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- All diagnostic exams
- Any necessary X-rays, except for the 3D X-ray, which is $50
- 25% discount on all other dental services
Annual Cost:
$250 for the first family member
$200 for any additional adult family members
Savings:
The cost of an adult cleaning, periodic exam and two bitewing X-rays is approximately $292-$326 per checkup.
Child Plan
Child Plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- All diagnostic exams
- Two fluoride treatments
- Any necessary X-rays, except for the 3D X-ray, which is $50
- 25% discount on all other dental services
Annual Cost:
$150 for children under age 18
Savings:
The cost of a child cleaning, periodic exam, two bitewing X-rays and fluoride treatment is approximately $250-$300 per checkup.
Periodontal Plan
Our Periodontal Plan Includes
- Three dental cleanings
- All diagnostic exams
- Any necessary X-rays, except for the 3D X-ray, which is $50
- 25% discount on all other dental services
Annual Cost
$300 for the first family member
$250 for each additional family member
Savings
The cost of an adult cleaning, periodic exam and two bitewing X-rays is approximately $326-$392 per checkup.
Please note: The annual fee must be paid in full before the benefit year of your plan can begin. Your benefit year is one year from the purchase date. Your plan cannot be combined with insurance, other discounts or promotions. Your program is non-transferable and cannot be canceled during the benefit year. No refunds will be made on annual fees. Payment for additional services must be paid at the time of service. The Bingham Dental Discount Plan is subject to change at the discretion of Dr. Bingham.
